| SNOW OPENS FALL SCRIMMAGES TO THE PUBLIC
Season
Opener at Air Force September 2, 2005
EPHRAIM,
Utah—February 1, 2006-—For the Snow College Football
team, winning is at the forefront of their expectation list. It is
something that the Badgers have done for many years including most
recently, three consecutive bowl game victories. Their 17-14 victory
at Rice-Eccles Stadium on December 3, 2005 over junior college perennial
power, Butler County (KS) was what many Badgers feel to be their best
victory since the 1985 national championship game.
Head coach, Steve Coburn, knows that players are the key component
to victory and feels that this recruiting class may be one of Snow’s
best ever. “The players we have recruited expect to win as much
as we do. That’s why we wanted them and that is why they wanted
to be here. Our goal is to win the national championship and these
great young men who have committed to Snow College share the same
vision.”
Snow College received commitments from seventeen players on national
