Badgers Win Big 69-0

Snow College had no trouble with the Australia Cyclones National Team Saturday at Badger Stadium, rolling to a 69-0 victory.

The Badgers started the game with an 83-yard kick return for a touchdown by Kimball Burton. Starting quarterback Jon Eastman was 7-10 for 167 yards and three touchdowns in the victory. Receiver Kyle Hatch hauled in three passes for 131 yards and two touchdowns.

The Badger defense held the Cyclones to -13 yards total offense. The Badgers are currently ranked No. 2 in the nation and raised their season record to 2-0.

“We played a good game,” said Snow head coach Steve Coburn. “Each week we gain experience we get better.”

Snow takes on division rival Pima in a nonconference game Saturday at Badger Stadium Kickoff is slated for 1:30 p.m.
