SNOW BASKETBALL
OCTOBER MADNESS

The Snow College Basketball season will tip off on Wednesday, October 1st with the annual October Madness event.

Coach Michael Ostlund of the men's team and Coach Cindy Lindsay of the women's team have organized the event to help jumpstart another exciting basketball season.

The event will feature a 3-point contest, a dunk contest as well as other events to showcase the skills of this year's Badger basketball teams.

Listed below is the schedule of events.

6:00 – 6:15           Team Introductions

6:15 – 6:40           3pt Shooting Contest    (1 minute alternate shots)
                             -4 Men Players with 4 Girl Students
                                    -4 Women Players with 4 Male Students

6:40 – 6:50           Cheerleaders

6:50 – 7:05           Slam Dunk Contest
                             7 Men Players

                             Judge = 2 Cheerleaders
                                         4 Students

7:05 – 7:20           Hot Shot Contest
                             4 Men Players with 4 Students
                             4 Women Players with 4 Students

7:20 – 7:30           Drill Team

7:30 – 7:40           Dance Contest with crowd
 
7:40 – 7:50           Women 10 minute game

7:50 – 8:00           Men 10 minute game

Badgers on the Air:  All of the Badgers games, home and away, can be heard on KMTI Radio 650AM with the voice of the Badgers Mike Traina with the call.  Other media availability, including television and internet is under negotiation and will be released soon.
