It's Not Over Until It's Over

The Lady Badgers proved that it's not over until it's over with two come-from-behind wins in the bottom of the seventh inning over the Lady Spartans of Colorado Northwestern Community College on Friday. The Badgers split their Saturday games.

Trailing by three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning the Badgers put four runs across the plate to pick up the 8-7 win in the first game on Friday. Trailing by four runs in the next game going into the bottom of the seventh was not a problem either as Snow College won 9-8 on the last inning heroics.

There would be no late inning excitement Saturday as the Lady Badgers lost the first game 6-8. The second game would require no late inning magic as the Badgers put it away early with the 6-0 shut out.

Snow College is now third in the conference, but they host the number one team Salt Lake Community College this weekend. The Bruins have yet to lose a softball game in conference action after taking four straight from the number two team Dixie College.
