When: August 29, 2009

Location:  Ephraim City/Snow College 4-Plex

Fee:  Entry Fees will be $250.00

Teams are limited to a 16 player roster.

Must register no later than August 21, 2009

Must have fees paid before first game on Saturday August 29, 2009

Tournament will follow Pool Play and break into double elimination tournament.

Great Prizes will be awarded for the first, second, and third place teams.
